Recently, you may have seen us on Instagram running a new campaign with Edel House. Of late we decided that we wanted to partner with a charity, and raise money and awareness for a cause that we feel is very important. This organisation is Edel House, run by Good Shepard Cork, who operate an emergency residential centre for women and children who have recently become homeless.
In order to raise money for this cause, for four consecutive Mondays beginning September 12th, we will be running flash tattoo days out of our studio. We have created four flash designs for our customers to choose from and the prices range from 100-150 euros depending on size, with 100% of all revenue generated from the campaign going directly to Edel House.
We think that this is really exciting because it allows us to use art to help people, in the community. We love that its local people helping local people, a Cork studio helping a Cork shelter. We also see this campaign as an interesting way to give people tattoos which serve a valuable social purpose.
The flash tattoos designed for the campaign are in a line work style and you can pick the size that you want! The page to book in for one of the slots can be found under “enquire” in this “contact us” section of this website. If you have been looking for an excuse for a great new tattoo, this would be it. You can check out our Instagram page @theink.collective to see the designs and to check out our amazing previous work. Because slots are limited, they are booking out pretty quickly, so be sure to book yours ASAP in order to guarantee a place. We look forward to seeing you all in the studio, over the coming weeks!
